The Chamber Roundtables program is the Chamber’s longest-running program, having been in existence for more than 30 years. It is an interactive assembly of owners, executives and managers representing different business types and sizes that comes together to seek guidance from other business leaders.
Roundtables meet monthly, for a minimum of 90 minutes. During each session, members exchange practical ideas and advice for the benefit of each others’ business in a “brainstorming” atmosphere. The confidential process enhances decision-making, provides sound advice, increases objectivity, and develops leadership skills. Attendance is required at 75 percent of the meetings.
Each group consists of 12 to 14 individuals from non-competing businesses. Roundtables are grouped according to type of business, number of employees, and sales volume. Competitors are not placed in the same group. Roundtables consist only of members in good standing with the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce.
